Local Plan
The Welwyn Hatfield Local Plan has just completed a significant stage. On the 16 March the Council’s Cabinet Housing and Planning Panel considered the public responses to the Draft Plan published last Autumn. They approved the draft with no material changes and sent it to the full Council for approval and submission for public examination.
